Feb 2017 Monthly Newsletter

Hi Everyone

Competition Rules Change

At February’s competition meeting, the members voted to allow the Assigned Subject photo to be submitted as either Digital or Print. The competition rules have one change beginning in Feb 2017. That is, you choose which format (digital or print, but not both) you want to use for your Assigned Subject entry. You can switch back and forth between digital and print as often as you want in following months. There will be first, second, and third place designated for Digital Assigned Subject and a separate first, second, and third place designated for Print Assigned Subject. Again, you cannot enter both the Digital Assigned Subject and the Print Assigned Subject in the same month.

A member may enter up to four photos each month as described below

One photo may be submitted in any of the following categories

  1. Assigned Subject – Digital or Print – entries may be color or monochrome
  2. Digital Open – Class A or Class B – entries may be color or monochrome
  3. Print Open Color
  4. Print Open Monochrome
