Summer events
- July 12, Wednesday 6:30 pm – Interclub Competition: Oxford Greens vs Flagpole Photographers. A dozen members have already signed up. See who and sign-up if you can make it.
- July 14-16, Friday – Sunday – NECCC Annual Conference at UMass Amherst.
- July 23, Sunday 12:30-2:00 pm – “Pictures and Passages” exhibit reception. Photos by Chane and Rhonda Cullens.
- July 25, Tuesday 10:00 am – Nature Exhibit at the Kellogg Environmental Center setup. Exhibit runs through Aug 22.
- Aug 5, Saturday – Photography Scavenger Hunt. 14 members have already signed up. See who and sign-up if you can make it.
- Aug 19, 10:00 am, Saturday – Nature exhibit reception and workshop and it’s World Photography Day.
- Sep 7, 7:30 pm, Thursday – Ice Cream social and program on what judges look for in photos.
In the news
- A team of 14 Flagpole judges looking at 333 photos in 25 categories identified the photos for the Oxford Green Interclub Competition.
- How to order shirts with Flagpole Photographers logos.
- Thanks to years of Rick Tyrseck’s work, we have started Flagpole’s list of great locations to photograph.
