Welcome to the Flagpole Photographers website. Our season runs September through June. We hold two types of meetings - print competitions and programs.

Print competitions generally meet the third Thursday of the month at Cyrenius H. Booth Library in Newtown. Each meeting has a print competition for an assigned subject and an open print competition. (Members can find labels to affix to the upper left corner of the back of each print here.)

Program meetings are held on alternate Thursdays at Newtown United Methodist Church. These are "hands on" meetings and members are encouraged to bring their equipment.

We hold annual members' exhibits each fall and spring.

Guests are always welcome free of charge.  You must be a paid member to enter club competitions.

Please note:

We are asking that no photos related to the tragedy in Sandy Hook be included in any competitions or exhibits.  This includes photos of the memorials.
